Hope seems to be in short supply these days…

Many feel that the future and their dreams just aren’t doable in these crazy times.

Don’t listen to the doubters and naysayers.

Always remember. Whatever your dream, in order to ‘have,’ you must first ‘do’ and in order to ‘do,’ you must ‘be.’

Just be the best you can. That will be enough.

You owe it to yourself.

Be hopeful.

As society continues to change and move forward again, we are each being challenged to move beyond outdated, limiting beliefs and behaviours made irrelevant and to evolve into and fashion new, fresher versions of ourselves.

Every day is a gift. And every day counts.

The key is to make the best use of each one.

Being in the company of negative people is never fun. They will suck the positive energy right out of you, if you let them. If you let them is the operative phrase.

They’ll drag you down and can bring your best laid plans to a screeching halt.

Doom scrolling is not helpful. Many people spend their whole day looking for what’s wrong. Naturally, of course, they can easily find sufficient reason to reinforce their point of view. Especially in these crazy times in which we are living.

Stay alert. Aim high.

Do whatever you can to remain upbeat.

Vow to fly with the eagles and not with the ducks
