The Happiness Scale

Happy people plan actions, they don’t plan results.

One of the most important attitudes of a successful person is their happy disposition. Happy people:

  1. Lead their own pursuit and never mind what others think. And they don’t need others approval or validation.
  2. They don’t hang on to their past. They are focused on the now and the future.
  3. They are not afraid to lose.
  4. They don’t immerse themselves in a depression atmosphere.
  5. They don’t mind sharing what they have.

Being happy costs nothing to cultivate and it pays great dividends – to you and others around you.

So here’s a question: On a scale of 1 to 10, how do your fare on the happiness scale?
