Personal Leadership
We hear so much nowadays about leadership. Most people see leadership as leading a company or a department or a project, but the more I work with clients, the more I am convinced that leadership starts with leading ourselves.
In fact, as we continue to grapple with the ongoing changes and challenges facing us in the work place and in our own lives, the more I believe personal leadership is more critical than ever.
It comes from within. People who live a personal leadership style are open to change and collaboration. They thrive on synergism. Even in uncertain times, they are upbeat and believe things can get better.
They are confident. They see value in what they are doing, constantly sharing, focused on the win-win rather than always going for the win-lose, increasing hope and creating positive outcomes.
