In our 24/7, instant everything world it’s not hard to suddenly find that your To Do list has taken over your life
It happens to the best of us when we are constantly trying to accomplish too much in too little time.
If you find that your list is in control of your life, here are three suggestions to help you get a handle on it:
- Stop for a moment. Re-think your goals and objectives. Are they made up of “It would be nice to? or “I must”? Prioritize. Whittle it down to what’s really important. Tackle them, one a time. You can’t do everything at once.
- Stay strong. Be brave. Don’t side step the tough ones, the ones you probably have been putting off.
- Remember that your attitude is everything. It’s more important than the past, the money, the circumstances or what people may say or do. It’s more important than how things appear, the gifts you have or your skills. You attitude is everything.
That and good health. Armed with both you’ll get to who you were meant to be.
