Being passionate about something motivates you to go above and beyond anything your will or some external force can match. It makes you more effective, efficient, strengthens your commitment and makes you feel better about yourself.
The better you feel about yourself, the more receptive you are to new ideas and opportunities and the less fearful.
Just as importantly, passion creates and nurtures other positive emotions and feelings like faith, positive expectancy, love, trust and meaning – all of which add to your feeling of well being and personal satisfaction.
