In our increasingly distracted, social-media driven, 24/7 world, just keeping up with it all can be a challenge.
There is hardly a pause. Everyday we’re tweeting, texting, chattering away…. like birds on a wire.
I have made up a word for this condition. And called it ‘distractionitis!’
It’s spreading like wild fire. But not to worry. If you think you have been inflicted, there is a cure .
It is called FOCUS.
Whatever your business or life objective, every morning, pause for a moment and ask yourself this one, all important question: “Is what I’m doing with my time today moving me away from or towards the outcome I am looking for?”
If it is, keep going. If if isn’t, stop it. And reFOCUS on what will.
