For some time, at home and abroad, America’s future as leader of the Western world has been called into question.

So it was that the world was watching with bated breath, hoping that the recent election would mark the beginning of a turnaround that is so desperately needed in our changing, daunting times.

It’s looking hopeful…

Out with much of the craziness of the social media circus, the distortion of the truth and political backroom maneuvering that that has so divided the nation:

And in, again, with some of the old school values like personal responsibility, common sense, decency, integrity, consideration for others, respect for the environment, for the law and what is right and fair.

Old school values… coming back into fashion. Who knew?!

It’s going to be a long road, but a brighter future beckons.
