The future depends on what you dotoday. Mahatma Gandhi
It has been a rough year and a half for everybody, challenging in so many ways.
The pandemic isn’t over yet, but as we get beyond the crest and hopefully begin to put the experience behind us, the conundrum facing many is whether to just give full throttle to their current activities or, perhaps, referencing their lockdown pledges, pause for a deep rethink about the arc of their lives. Big questions, I know.
It hasn’t been easy but as we all begin to adjust to the new realities, there isn’t a better time than now to Refresh, Repurpose & Renew.
Starting with courage and unfailing belief in yourself.
Be honest. Do the work. Wherever you go on from here, know that you have all you need to maximize your potential, power up your life and be the best version of yourself that you can be. That will do it.
Stay safe. Stay strong. Stay connected.
I look forward to seeing you back here soon. And as always, thank you for reading me.
Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift. Eleanor Roosevelt.
As society undergoes a transformation brought about by the pandemic, we are each being challenged to move beyond outdated, limiting beliefs and behaviours made irrelevant and to evolve into and fashion new, fresher versions of ourselves.
Every day counts. And everyday is a precious gift.
What you do matters.
Stay safe. Stay strong. Stay connected.
I look forward to seeing you back here again soon. Thanks for reading me.

To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment. Ralph Waldo Emerson.
Finding the path to authenticity, the unique self that makes you you is the easiest and, at the same time, the hardest thing you can ever do. It takes courage, tenacity and daring to dream; but you can’t get the things you don’t first dream of.
The past year has been a strange, trying time for everyone. COVID-19 has affected everybody in so many unimaginable ways.
Most people are just waiting for it to be over and to return to normality, whatever the new normal entails.
Some, however, even those at the top of their game, sensing new opportunities, have been given pause to think about what is going on, to reflect upon how they are living and what they are doing with their lives.
“Have I got it all right,” they wonder, “and just need to top up my spirit and move further ahead with my current situation or could it be time to alter the arc of my life and take a different path?” Big questions, I know. I’ve been there.
To be clear, the pandemic isn’t over yet. The past year hasn’t been easy for anyone, but as we all begin to put the experience behind us, there isn’t a better time than now to REFRESH, REPURPOSE & RENEW.
Good news! That’s the theme of my new virtual workshop. It’s not just another meeting. It’s much more than that.
Think of it rather as a CONVERSATION CIRCLE, a small, intimate gathering of like minds, people like you, looking for ways to maximize their potential, power up their lives and become the best version of themselves they can be.
If you are still with me, feel that now is to be your time, and would like to learn more, this is a workshop you won’t want to miss. You’ll find out how to create a plan that moves you ever closer to a life rich with purpose, get clarity on your vision of what a successful future looks like, identify the steps to get there, and how to pursue your vision with passion.

Obstacles are things that a person sees when he takes his eyes off the goal. Mahatma Gandhi.
In today’s challenging era, it seems to me that as we face up to what is going to be a different world we have two choices: We can avert our eyes and longingly look back to what was and is no more or we can excitedly scan the horizon for what’s new and exciting.
Staying in between is not an option.
To those with the courage and the vision to look for the best path forward, the choice is to be light of foot.
In the words of Priyamvada Natarajan,” being nimble and ready to change our minds if need be is an attitude that is crucial to live and thrive in a society that is powered by science and technology, both as an individual and as an engaged citizen.”
You’ve gotta be nimble on your feet.
Hmm…
Stay Safe. Stay strong. Stay connected.
I look forward to seeing you back here again soon.

It always seems impossible until it’s done. Nelson Mandela.
As the world begins to reopen and we all start to think about how to grapple with the new reality, the over-arching question is, “where do you go from here?
It isn’t going to be easy. In this time of global economic, social and political upheaval, all options are on the table.
So how do you get on to what’s next in these unconventional times?
Where do you start?
Start at the beginning. By taking responsibility for yourself. Have a quiet talk with yourself. Establish what you really value and what you know, in your heart of hearts, you’re all about. And whom you want to serve.
Establishing the right intentions can help you stay optimistic and positive.
You get to decide how you live your life. The freedom is yours to choose and even when it feels impossible, remember it’s not. For those who want it bad enough, the future’s right up ahead and it’s going to be amazing!
Stay safe. Stay strong. Stay connected.
I look forward to seeing you back here again soon.
